The Acer Aspire Z3 (Z3-700) is a relatively new All-in-One computer that not only serves as a desktop PC when paired with a mouse and keyboard, it also serves standalone as a tablet and comes with a Stylus Pen.
The Windows 10 OS running Aspire Z3-700 will be available in EMEA regions by the end of the year for a price around €649. It sports a 17.3-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display with support for active digitizer. The tablet display supports the Acer Active Stylus Pen for performing stylus-based operations like drawing, writing and navigating.
The stylus pen has an outlet for attaching to the body from the side of the display, but the AIO itself is powered by an Intel Pentium or Celeron Braswell processors paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The Acer Aspire Z3-700 measures around 15.6 mm in thickness, weighs about 2 kilograms and has a battery life of up to 5 hours according to the company.
The speakers are found on the side of the display and the following ports – SD Card reader, HDMI port, USB 3.0, Kensington lock & 3.5mm audio jack are also found on the sides. The kickstand which lets the tablet stand upright can be found on the back while the ventilation grids can be found at the bottom panel.
