Ahead of the Computex 2017 in Taipei this week, Acer has also announced two new tablets under its Iconia series – the Iconia Tab 10 (A3-A50) and Iconia One 10 (B3-A40FHD). The duo sport a wide-angle IPS display, quad-core Mediatek processor, DTS-HD Premium Sound, up to 8 hours of battery life and Android 7.0 Nougat OS.
With a 10-inch display with 1920 x 1200 pixels, the Acer Iconia Tab 10 (A3-A50) is said to be designed for entertainment purposes. This variant promises a high-end multimedia experience and adds quantum dot display technology for better color depth and accuracy.

It measures less than 9 mm thick and features Acer MediaMaster for setting preferences for music or movies. It also has four speakers with built-in Acer patented subwoofer.
The Acer Iconia One 10 (B3-A40FHD) on the other hand, focuses on connectivity and productivity. It features a 10.1-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display, quad-core Mediatek MT8167 processor clocked at 1.3GHz with IMG PowerVR GE8300, 16GB built-in expandable storage, and 2x micro-USB ports as well as OTG support. It also supports multi-windows and quick app switching.
Both the Iconia Tab 10 and Iconia One 10 have Acer’s EZ software tools – the EZ WakeUp, EZ Snap and EZ Mode.
As at press time, there is no word on pricing and availability of these tablets.
