Taiwanese company, Acer is actively expanding the niche of products under the Predator series of devices meant for gaming. We have seen the Predator 6 smartphone and Predator 8 tablet, the company has now added the Acer Predator Z650 Projector for gaming to the list.
The company is rather sketchy on the details but it does the key functions a projector does. The Acer Predator Z650 Projector suits various gaming experiences with these different game/picture modes – Game Car, Bright FPS for during daytime and Dark FPS for during night times.
Other features of the Predator Z650 highlighted includes – Wireless HD – projecting wirelessly without the need for cables thus not compromising Full HD quality; colour purity and SRGB mode, with both contributing to very good colour production.
The gaming projector is equipped with free picture mode and seeming projects up to 2.5 metres (about 100 inches) rather than the 1.5 metres of most. In the sound segment, there are two built-in 20W stereo speakers paired along with DTS sound for immersive gaming experience as well as quality listening experience.
Bluetooth connectivity is also onboard for audio connectivity when connecting to other nearby devices or potentially to more powerful speakers for better, if not the best of sound. The Acer Predator Z650 is expected to be available in several markets Europe by Early 2016 for a price tag of EUR 1,199.
