Rather than officially announce the AGM X3 flagship as widely expected, AGM showcased the device as the just concluded MWC 2018 event in Barcelona. The successor to AGM X2 is now scheduled to be released in the summer of 2018 and will be powered by the high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile platform.
The AGM X3 will have a 5.99-inch 18:9 AMOLED or JDI display with an unknown resolution (AGM could stick with the Full HD+ resolution on the AGM X2) and power supplied by a fast charging battery (QC 3.0) with support for wireless charging. It also has IP68 certification (dust tight and water proof).
In the camera section, there will be a front 20MP selfie camera with Face ID integration and 24MP + 12MP dual rear cameras. The smartphone is expected to come pre-loaded with Android 8.1 Oreo OS and arrive in 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB built-in storage options.
The rest of the AGM X3 specs include USB Type-C port, hybrid dual SIM slots (nano + nano / micro SD), NFC, rear fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.0, USB OTG and Wi-Fi 2×2 MIMO. Despite these details coming from AGM, the device’s final specs at launch may change just like that of the AGM X2 did.
