Alcatel OneTouch has disclosed it would announce the Alcatel OneTouch Flash 2 smartphone on September 22nd. The successor to the Alcatel OneTouch Flash has been continually teased with the ‘Power of Green’ moniker.
The Alcatel OneTouch Flash 2 will sport a 5-inch display compared to the 5.5-inch display on the OneTouch Flash and the OneTouch Flash Plus. The teaser also shows shiny metal rim around the main camera on the rear which could mean a very much improved camera.
The side volume/power/camera buttons are visible and whatever is launched is associated with the colour green to either show the eco-friendly nature of the device or there Could be a distinct green colour variant of the OneTouch Flash 2.
The main Alcatel OneTouch Flash sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display, powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6592M processor with 1GB RAM, 8GB expandable internal storage space, 13MP main camera with flash, 5MP front camera, no 4G LTE connectivity support and backed by a 3200mAh battery.
The Alcatel OneTouch Flash Plus was announced with slight upgraded to the OneTouch specs – 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage space, 4G LTE support and 3500mAh battery. The rest are pretty much similar to the predecessor.
