E-commerce giant, Alibaba has partnered up with the Shenzhen-based manufacturer FiiSmart to announce a new smartwatch running Alibaba’s YunOS. Dubbed the Pay Watch, the device has some of its inspirations from the cupertino giant’s Apple Watch and a little from ASUS’s Zenwatch.

The watch is backed by a 300mAh battery which uses magnetic charging and endures 36 hours of normal usage and 119 hours using power saving mode, both on a single charge. It runs Alibaba’s YunOS for Wear and also supports the company’s Alipay mobile payment solution.
There are also fitness related features onboard with the presence of a built-in pedometer, motion detection and heart rate monitoring. Other features of the Pay Watch includes receiving instant notifications (calls, text messages, emails, WeChat, e.t.c) from the smartphone which is paired through Bluetooth, check the weather and more.
The Pay Watch is expected to be available at a price starting at CNY 699 ($110) in four colour options. Also, there are also two other variants which will sell for CNY 799 ($126) and CNY 999 ($160) respectively.
