Chinese smartphone maker, Meizu recently launched the flagship Meizu MX4 with top notch specs and a smartwatch in the form of Inwatch MX4 Edition. The company announced it would release four phones this year and so far we have only seen the MX4. While the Meizu MX4 is sill very much fresh in the market, the specs sheet of an alleged advanced model of the device has been spotted online and the device is said to be the Meizu MX4 Pro.
The Meizu MX4 Pro specs shows advancements in the hardware specs but the design is basically the same. Going over to the specs spotted – the device would keep the 5.4-inch display but with a 2502 x 1536 pixels resolution QHD display. The company is reportedly set to ditch MediaTek for Samsung’s Exynos 5430 chipset with 4GB of RAM.
Camera details on the devices includes a rear 20.7MP camera but one major talking point is the device coming with a 13MP front camera with F/2.0 aperture. The specs sheet list LTE connectivity support, 16/32/64GB storage options and run on Flyme 4.0 based on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS.
The Meizu MX4 Pro is rumoured to launch next month with no further details on the availability nor pricing. With the Meixu MX4 featuring a price tag of $293 we should expect this model not to stray too far from a cheap price tag.
