Couple of days ago, Europe-based Romanian Brand, Allview, officially announced the Allview P8 eMagic – one of the presumed variant of the relatively popular P8 Series by Allview. The new smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and brings a newer model of the Magic Touch app.
Priced at EUR 169.00 in either Gold or Gray colour options, the Allview P8 eMagic sports a 5.5-inch IPS LTPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) screen resolution, powered by a quad-core processor along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage. It has Dual SIM slots and is backed by a 2700mAh battery.
In the camera segment, the main camera is a 13MP AutoFocus snapper with Night Time mode and LED flash; while the front camera is a 5MP snapper with Face Beauty mode. The device has a microSD card slot (up to 128GB), supports Dual Mode 4G connectivity and the Turbo Download Function allows the use of both the Wi-Fi and 4G/3G networks when downloading.
The new Magic Touch app offers different shortcut for different touches – a short touch opens the associated app while a long press displays the most used option of the app. Originally, the app offers users a side menu (right or left) which can enclose up to 15 apps. It is available on Google Play Store and works well with Allview devices in Young, E, Life and eMagic ranges.
The Allview P8 eMagic is already available on pre-order and deliveries are expected to start next month (August 8th). A Book Type cover accessory is bundled along to protect the device amongst other uses.
