Allview has announced a new smartphone dedicated to the young populace and the young at heart called – the Allview V2 Viper i4G. The Dual SIM smartphone supports 4G Dual Mode connectivity, in FDD and TDD standards and is priced at EUR 159.
The Allview V2 Viper i4G sports a 5-inch HD IPS LCD display with In-Cell technology and Soda Lime Glass for protecting the screen from scratches. It is equipped with a 1.3GHz Quad Core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB built-in storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 128GB.
For photography, there is a rear facing 8MP AutoFocus camera with LED Flash and UV lens protection. With an innovative processing algorithm, the main camera can capture images up to 40MP with the Super Photo function. The front camera is a 5MP snapper with Face Beauty function for Selfies.
The V2 Viper i4G has a dedicated Kiddies Mode for parental and adult control of the smartphone usage. It is backed by a 2300mAh battery which is expected to provide up to 600 minutes of talk time and 210 hours stand-by time. The Energy Saving mode and Extreme mode helps extends battery life to another level with reducing background tasks and access to basic functions.
