At the Microsoft Summit Romania which took place in Bucharest, Romanian company – Allview announced two new Windows 8.1 tablets – the Allview Wi7 and Wi10N. The Allview Wi7 is a tablet PC while the Allview Wi10N is a a hybrid netbook; Both devices are said to represent competitive options for productivity and flexible use.
Specs-Wise, The Allview Wi7 features a 7-inch 1024×600 pixels resolution display, a Quad Core Intel Atom processor with a frequency of up to 1.83 GHz, Intel HD graphics solution and 1GB RAM. Other features includes – 1 TB OneDrive online storage and Office 365 Personal 1-year subscription that can be used on the tablet, smartphone or PC.
Moving to the Allview Wi10N, it is a 2-in-1 ultra portable device which could double as a tablet and as a netbook. The device features a 10-inch 1280 x 800 pixels resolution display, a reversible keyboard dock (allows users to choose the most appropriate way of positioning), powered by an Intel Atom Quad Core CPU with a frequency of up to 1.83 GHz, Intel HD Graphics processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot.
Other features includes – Bluetooth, micro USB 2.0, stereo speakers, 2MP rear camera, Office 365 Personal subscription for one year and 1TB OneDrive online storage. The device packs a 6000mAh battery which provides up to 5 hours of continuous usage and up to 6 days of standby time.
Both the Allview Wi7 and Wi10N Windows 8.1 Tablets are available for a starting price of €69.95 ($87) and €199 ($248) respectively.
