Earlier this month (July 10th), Allview commenced sales of the lite version of the original X4 Soul with dual lens camera made by Altek technology. Dubbed the Allview X4 Soul Lite, it comes pre-installed with Android 7.0 Nougat OS and the FastPass solution developed by Google and Mediatek.
The Allview X4 Soul Lite is equipped with a rear facing 13MP AF camera with f/2.0 aperture and Sony IMX258 Exmor RS sensor alongside a secondary 2MP camera to collects information on the visual field depth, which is then used to create a blur effect similar to that of DSLR cameras. The front camera is a 8MP sensor with dual tone LED flash.
The device sports a 5.5-inch Full HD LTPS display, an octa-core Mediatek processor, hybrid Dual SIM slots, frontal fingerprint sensor (0.2 sec unlock time) and a 3,000mAh battery. It is available in two memory and storage options: 3GB RAM + 16GB storage space and 4GB RAM + 32GB storage space. Both options are expandable up to 128GB via microSD.
The Allview X4 Soul Lite also supports 4G LTE Cat.6 networks (FDD and TDD) and arrives in either Black or Gold colour. It is priced starting at EUR 249 (3GB RAM) and EUR 299 (4GB RAM).
