The Intex Aqua Q5 is another budget smartphone released into the Indian market, the 4.5-inch display sized device runs Android Kitkat OS, comes with built-in Automatic call recorder and comes with Dual SIM slots.
The company has not made any official announcement about the device yet but the Aqua Q5 has showed up on the company’s website along with the price suggesting it is already planning to sell the device. The device is expected to sell for Rs 5090 ($80) in White colour option.
Moving to the specs, the Intex Aqua Q5 is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731G) processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 1GB of RAM, 8GB space of internal storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 32GB). A 4.5-inch display adorns the front of the device with a resolution of 854 x 450 pixels (FWVGA).
The main camera is a 8MP snapper with LED flash and there is a front facing 2MP camera for selfies. Connectivity options on the Intex Aqua Q5 includes – Bluetooth, micro USB, GPRS, 3G/EDGE and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. With 1600mAh of battery capacity the device survives up to 160 hours of standby time and 5 hours of talk time. It measures 133 x 67 x 8.9mm and weighs 138 grams.
