Ahead of the MWC 2016, Archos has announced three new Android tablets in the Oxygen range – the Archos 70 Oxygen, Archos 80 Oxygen and Archos 101b Oxygen. All three will be showcased next week at the event, run Android Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box and will arrive in the market by May.
The Archos 70 Oxygen sports a 7-inch display and is backed by a 3000mAh battery; the Archos 80 Oxygen has a 8-inch display and is a 4500mAh battery; while the Archos 101b Oxygen has a 10.1-inch display and 6000mAh battery. However, all three display sizes has a screen resolution of 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA).
The trio new Archos Oxygen tablets are all powered by a quad-core Mediatek MT8163 64-bit processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali-T720 MP2 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB built-in storage space which will is likely non-expandable and run Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box.
The tablets do not support cellular connectivity, however, they have Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and GPS options. In terms of pricing, the 70 Oxygen, 80 Oxygen and 101b Oxygen will arrive for a price tag of €99.99 ($111), €129.99 ($145), €179.99 ($200) respectively.
