At the Computex 2016, ASUS has taken the wraps off its first ever Robot – the ASUS Zenbo. According to the press release, the robot arose from the ambition to enable robotic computing for every household.
The ASUS Zenbo is a $599-priced friendly and capable home robot for assistance, companionship and entertainment. It appeals to all age brackets, can move, see, speak, hear, learn, connect and express emotion. It’s built-in stereo speakers ensures users can enjoy music anywhere in the house.
Useful for a wide range of capabilities and functions, Zenbo is compatible with quite a number of custom apps to bring new features to users and expand functionality. Asides the ASUS Zenfone 3 trio, Zenbook 3, Transformer 3 and Transformer 3 Pro and Transformer Mini; other products unveiled at the Computex 2016 by ASUS includes – the ROG XG Station 2 and the ASUS Designo Curve MX34VQ.
The ROG XG Station 2 is an external graphic-card dock that converts a laptop into VR-gaming powerhouse. It is equipped with 4 x USB 3.0 ports, Thunderbolt 3, gigabit LAN Socket, proprietary connector and supports the latest NVIDIA GeForce GTX and AMD Radeon graphics cards.
The ASUS Designo Curve MX34VQ is a 32-inch curved monitor with 1800R curvature, ultra-wide UWQHD (3440 by 1440) pixels res and 21:9 aspect ratio. It features ASUS SonicMaster audio with Harmon Kardon audio technology, 2 x 8-watt stereo speakers and a wireless charging pad at the base for Qi-enabled mobile devices.
