Continuing its partnership with Samsung, Barnes & Noble has announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab A Nook. The latest addition to the Nook tablet family is a rebranded of the 7-inch Galaxy Tab A which made its debut back in March and comes with the usual Barnes and Noble features and contents.

The Android Lollipop OS running Samsung Galaxy Tab A Nook has access to the Google play store and offers users an enhanced digital bookstore experience. It comes equipped with the B&N Readouts, digital store, newsstand and NOOK Audiobooks will arrive in September via a software update.
The Galaxy Tab A Nook is available at Barnes & Noble stores nationwide and online at BN.com for $139.99 with a Special Content Offer while existing customers can upgrade theirs for only $99.99 by trading in or showing proof of purchase of any Nook device at any Barnes & Noble stores. Members who purchase early could get a free case with the purchase.
