Samsung Mobile has announced a limited version of the Galaxy S7 Edge inspired by Batman. Dubbed the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Injustice Edition, the new model device is produced in partnership with Warner Bros and celebrates the third anniversary of Injustice: Gods Among Us.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Injustice Edition has an all black colour with gold accents and a golden Batarang etched into the back. The package also contains the Samsung Gear VR, a rubber phone case modelled after Batman’s armor, Injustice game credit and Oculus VR content vouchers. The Injustice: Gods Among Us mobile game is pre-loaded on the device.
Commenting on the launch, Executive Vice President of Global Marketing, IT & Mobile Division at Samsung Electronics, Younghee Lee said; “We are excited to partner with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and offer a special edition of Galaxy S7 edge for fans of Injustice: Gods Among Us. Samsung always seeks to provide the best mobile gaming experience for its users, and this partnership reinforces our commitment to the game’s fans.”
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Injustice Edition will be available in select regions starting early June. Some of the markets listed includes – China, Singapore, Korea, Latin America and Russia while others will be announced soon. There is no word on pricing.
