Blackberry OS 10.3.2 roll-out begins in coming weeks

Blackberry has announced the a new software update for BlackBerry 10 devices – BlackBerry OS 10.3.2 which would also comes with the latest version of the BlackBerry Blend.

The update would start rolling out in coming weeks to BB 10 devices, once your carrier approves the it, it would surface at the BlackBerry Hub with a notification to update. 

The BlackBerry Blend 1.2 brings has a fresh user interface (UI), a new spell check feature, ability to respond directly to notifications from the BlackBerry Blend, faster navigation and interaction between PC and the BlackBerry Phone.  

The Blackberry OS 10.3.2 update brings a Blackberry Protect update with the Anti-theft feature which allows you to wipe and render your stolen smartphone useless. If the device is within a close range, it can be traced; but if it is far away you can send a text to the screen of the device telling the user to return your phone. 

Another major improvement is the aspect of Camera – it is easier to take photos point-and-shoot, improved low-light performance in auto-mode, reducing blur for pictures taken in motion and improved face-detection. The BlackBerry Calender month view will now show a shrinking and growing date numbers depending how busy the schedule is.

Other notable additions includes – voice activated BlackBerry assistant, up to 15% improvement in battery life, improved action bar, new icons and the Amazon app store also comes pre-loaded. The BlackBerry Classic and Passport already use the latest BB OS 10.3.2.
