BlackBerry STH100-x (Hamburg) with 3GB RAM, Android 6.0 and SD615 SoC

‎With prior knowledge of Blackberry’s intention to launch two new smartphones – Hamburg and Rome running Android OS this year, one of the device (Blackberry Hamburg) has surfaced on a listing on the GFXBench benchmark website with the model number – BlackBerry STH100-x.

Running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS with customisation and tweaking from Blackberry; the  BlackBerry STH100-x (Hamburg) sports a 5.2-inch touch screen display with 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) screen resolution and 16GB built-in storage space out of which 10GB is user available.

On the inside, Hamburg relies on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit processor clocked at 1.5GHz with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB of RAM. Blackberry devices are not well know for focusing on the cameras of their devices so the 13MP/8MP combination should really bring no surprises.‎

Other details of note on Blackberry Hamburg includes – NFC, Wi-Fi, GPS and a couple of sensors. At the moment there is no word on the timeframe this device will go official and on the other hand, details are still scarce on the Blackberry Rome which should launch very much later this year.
