One of the less popular Chinese brand, Blackview has listed up a new entry-level Android smartphone called the Blackview E7. The phablet-sized device is equipped with a rear placed 360-degree touch type fingerprint sensor which is said to unlock the device in 0.1 second.
Available in Pearl White, Sky Blue and Stardust Grey colour options, the Blackview E7 sports a 5.5-inch 1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with a pixel density of 267ppi, 1000:1 colour contrast, 74% screen-to-body-ratio and stylish 2.5D ARC screen design.
On the inside, the device relies on a quad-core Mediatek MT6737 processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali-T720 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 16GB built-in storage space and boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box. For additional storage space, there is a microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 64GB).
In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 8MP AutoFocus camera with f/2.2 aperture, voice command, Face Recognition and LED flash; while the front facing 2MP camera takes selfies and aids video calling.
The Blackview E7 has 4G LTE Dual SIM slots with dual Standby and gets the much need energy from a 270mAh Li-Polymer battery, which promises up to 250 hours of standby time. In terms of pricing, the listing does not state when it will be available or how much it would cost.
