Blackview has launched its latest ‘battery-centric’ smartphone called the Blackview P6000. The new P series device is backed by a long lasting 6,180mAh BAK battery with 12V/2A (24W) Quick Charge 2.0 that provides up to a whole day of usage with 30 minutes charge and smart battery management.
The Blackview P6000 sports a 5.5-inch JDI in-cell display with 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) resolution, USB Type-C port and front Touch ID (0.1s unlock time). It comes pre-loaded the now dated Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out-of-the-box and supports facial recognition (Face Wake) for unlocking the device as well as fingerrint payment and photo function.
On the inside, the device is powered by an octa-core Mediatek Helio P25 processor (MT6757T) paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage. It is equipped with a primary 21MP Sony IMX230 sensor with an f/2.0 lens paired with a secondary VGA GalaxyCore GC0310 sensor. Both sensors are aided by PDAF and dual LED flash.
The front camera has a 8MP Hynix Hi-846 sensor and supports face wake to unlock the phone. The Blackview P6000 is priced at US$ 270 and will arrive in Black and Blue colour options.
