The BLU Win HD LTE is the latest smartphone from BLU which is infact the LTE version of the BLU Win HD which was released around September last year. The device is available on Sale from Microsoft US Store Website for $199 sans contract in White, Gray, Yellow and Orange colour options.
The main difference between the BLU Win HD and the Win HD LTE is that the latter now supports 4G LTE networks (compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile). Other differences are – the LTE version is powered by the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, Adreno 306 GPU and backed by a 2500mAh battery as against the 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor and the 2200mAh battery on the former.
The BLU Win HD LTE sports a 5-inch (1280 X 720 pixels) HD IPS display, 1GB of RAM, 8GB space of internal storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), 8MP main camera, 2MP front facing camera and Dual SIM functionality. The device measures 145 X 72 X 8.2 mm in dimensions, weighs 146 grams, and currently runs on Windows Phone 8.1 but Microsoft has promised an upgrade to Windows 10 once it becomes viably available.
