Bluboo is ready to release a flagship smartphone, the Bluboo X500 Dragon as it is known is the company’s flagship device for the year. The recently announced Bluboo X550 brought media traction to the company with it’s 5300mAh battery.
The Bluboo X500 Dragon is confirmed to have a 5-inch display which resolution is unknown, Full HD? Quad HD? Any guesses?. It would be powered by the 64-bit MediaTek Helio X10 processor which uses Eight Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.2GHz. The device would be available in two different RAM options – 3GB and 4GB.
Bluboo is only teasing the X500 Dragon smartphone for now but there is no detailed information on the key technical specs, the battery life and the OS the device would run on. Many manufactures rarely make 5-inch devices with such specs nowadays, with most preferring to stray into the phablet (5.5-inches to around 7-inches) region.
The Bluboo X500 Dragon would be a massive improvement from the company considering the last two devices it released are entry level and midrange – the Bluboo C100 (Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, LTE, 2GB RAM, $99) and the Bluboo X550 (Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, 5300mAh battery, 2GB of RAM).
