Bluboo XFire Pro with Snapdragon 808 SoC and 3GB RAM wants to be the Xiaomi Mi 4c Killer

Bluboo has announced a XFire Pro smartphone, a pro version of the Bluboo XFire which is expected to rival the Xiaomi Mi 4c and uses the same rear camera sensor as the Oneplus 2. The device is priced aggressively at $169.99 and is expected to arrive by Late November or Early December.

Moving to the specs, the Bluboo XFire Pro features a 5-inch ON CELL IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD), a unibody polycarbonate build and would be available in a variety of colour options to choose from.

In the processor department, the company has decided to go with a Qualcomm processor rather than a Mediatek one. The device is powered by an hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor clocked at 1.8GHz with Adreno 418 GPU which is the same used on flagship devices like LG G4, Nexus 5X, LG V10, Moto X Style and Xiaomi Mi 4C

The processor is paired with 3GB of RAM for handling tasks, 16GB native storage space for keeping all sorts of files and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 64GB. For handling photography, Bluboo XFire Pro uses a rear facing 13MP camera with Dual LED flash and Omnivision OV13860 sensor and a front facing 5MP camera for selfies.

Bluboo is not particular about the version of Android the device runs but it should be Lollipop. The Bluboo XFire Pro supports 4G LTE 1/3/7/38/39/40/41 network bands and is backed by a sizeable 3000mAh Li-Polymer battery which is expected to last more than a day of operation.
