Just days after announcing the Intex Aqua Q5, Intex has added the Intex Aqua A2 and the Intex Aqua Y2 Ultra budget based smartphones. The former has a price tag of Rs 4350 and the latter has a price tag of Rs 4490.
Don’t be surprised both smartphones shares most of the same specs but has their differences also. The Intex Aqua A2 and Aqua Y2 Ultra features a 4-inch IPS display with WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) resolution, runs Android 4.4.4 Kitkat OS, 8GB space of internal storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 32GB).
Both smartphones also have a front facing 0.3MP camera, a rear facing 5MP camera, supports Dual SIM connectivity, has FM Radio, micro USB, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity.
However, while the Intex Aqua A2 is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor clocked at 1.2GHz paired with 512MB of RAM, measures 124.5 x 64 x 11.7mm in dimensions and is backed by a 1500mAh battery.
The Intex Aqua Y2 Ultra on the other hand is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731G) processor clocked at 1.2GHz paired with 1GB of RAM, measures 124.8 x 63.1 x 9.95mm and is backed by a 1400mah battery.
The Intex Aqua A2 would be available in Black and Blue colour options while the Intex Aqua Y2 Ultra would be available in Black, Blue, Champagne and White colour options.
