Budget-based Panasonic T33 with 4″ display and Quad-core SoC costs $79

Panasonic has launched the Panasonic T33 budget based smartphone in India; the 4-inch sized device comes with a price less than $100, supports 3G connectivity and support for 21 regional Indian languages. 

The Panasonic T33 features a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) WVGA IPS display, powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz paired with 512MB of RAM and 4GB internal storage space. For additional storage, there is a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB

As expected the T33 comes with Dual SIM slots and FM Radio; it runs the dated Android 4.4.2 KitKat) OS, has rear facing speakers, a rear facing 3-megapixels camera with LED Flash and a front facing 0.3-megapixels (VGA) camera. 

Connectivity options on the device includes – Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and 3G connectivity. The Panasonic T33 measures 125.8 x 65 x 10.1mm in dimensions, weighs 126 grams in size and is backed by a1500mAh battery. 

It can be purchased from any brick and mortar stores in the country by the third week of July; it costs Rs 4990 ($79) and would be available in Duke Blue and Pearl White colour options. A free screen protection guard is also bundled along.
