Zopo Mobile has announced a new entry-level smartphone – the Zopo Color C1. The budget friendly 3G device will arrive in Classic Black, Rose Red, Sky Blue, Snowy White and Vibrant Yellow colours. Information on pricing is unavailable.
The Zopo Color C1 sports a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA IPS display with a pixel density of 217ppi. Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor with ARM Mali-400 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB built-in expandable storage space (4.99GB space available to the end user).
For photography, there is a rear facing 5MP AutoFocus camera with OmniVision OV5648 sensor, 4P lens, f/2.8 aperture and LED flash; a front 2MP Fixed Focus camera with f/2.8 aperture, 3P lens and Omnivision OV2680 sensor. For additional storage, there is a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB/64GB.
Connectivity options on the Zopo Color C1 includes – USB OTG, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and 3G. The device measures 65. 7 x 33 x 8.5mm in dimensions, weighs 113 grams in size, has Dual Micro SIM slots and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with Z-UI ontop.
The whole package is backed by a removable 1700mAh Li-Po battery which provides up to 10 hours of talk time and up to 120 hours of standby time.
