Cambodia-based, Camfone Mobile has launched a new 4G LTE smartphone with big capacity battery in its home country. Dubbed the Camfone Furious 7 Pro (or Camfone 7 Pro), the phablet-sized device is already selling for a price tag of KHR 610,900 Cambodian Riel (USD 149).
The 7000mAh battery on the Camfone Furious 7 Pro which makes it lasts some days of usage and several days on standby, is one of the highlights. Supporting reverse and fast charging means the battery on the device not only charges faster, it can also serve as a power bank for charging other mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) via OTG.
Moving to others specs, the device sports a 5.5-inch 720p HD IPS display with unique 2.5D Diamond cut glass and relies on a quad-core A9 processor clocked at 1.3GHz with 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage space. It packs Dual SIM card slots and a microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 128GB).
In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 13-megapixel AF camera and a front 8-megapixel camera for selfies. Below the main camera on the rear sits fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options on the device includes – Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11n and 4G LTE/3G WCDMA. The OS onboard is Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The ordinary Camfone Furious 7 is also selling the market with a price tag of KHR 459,200 Cambodian riel (USD 112). It sports a 5-inch HD display, 1GB of RAM and is backed by a 2500mAh battery. The rest of the specs is same as above.
