The Celkon Millenia 2GB Xpress budget smartphone has been added to Celkon Mobile’s portfolio. The 4.5-inc sized device currently runs Android 4.4 Kitkat but is upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and is priced at Rs 6222 ($97) in Black colour option.
Like the name suggests, the Celkon Millenia 2GB Xpress has 2GB RAM onboard; the device is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, a 4.5-inch IPS OGS display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels (WVGA) and 16GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.
Measuring around 10.1mm thick (full dimensions – 133.5 x 66.5 x 10.1 mm) and for a device of its kind it is heavy at 134 grams. The Celkon Millenia 2GB Xpress doesn’t do too bad in the camera section as it has a front facing 1.3MP camera and a 5MP rear facing camera with LED flash.
Connectivity options on the device includes – GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and 3G HSPA+. Like most devices launched in India, the Celkon Millenia 2GB Xpress comes with Dual SIM slots and FM Radio. It is however backed by a 1500mAh battery with smart power saving mode.
