CG Mobile has announced a new budget 4G smartphone – the CG Mobile Blaze 4G. The brand, which is owned by Nepal-based Multi-national conglomerate Company, Chaudhary Group (CG), is on sale via the company’s online store CD Digital as well as CG Showrooms and official retailers.
The CG Mobile Blaze 4G preaches affordability with a price tag of NPR 11,111 (US$ 104) and entry-level specs to go long. It sports a 5-inch IPS LCD display with 854 x 480 pixels (FWVGA) screen resolution, Dual Micro SIM slots and depends on a 2000mAh battery for power.
On the inside, it boots the now dated Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6735 Cortex A53 processor with Mali-T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in expandable storage, expandable up to 64GB via microSD.
In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 8MP camera with LED flash alongside a front facing 5MP camera for selfies and video chats. The device is compatible with 4G LTE (FDD & TD-LTE) bands – 1800 (B3), 850 (B5) MHz & 2300 (B40) MHz; and arrives in Black colour option only.
