Chuwi is a prominent maker of Dual OS tablets and the company has just added another to the growing list of tablets running two OS side-by-side in the market. Dubbed the Chuwi Hi10, the tablet runs both Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and Windows 10 OS.
Moving to the specs, the Chuwi Hi10 sports a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (FHD) and is powered by an Intel Atom x5-8300 (Cherry Trail) processor which is paired with 4GB of RAM. The listing could however get the RAM wrong as the chipset supports up to 2GB of RAM.
For storage, there is 64GB native storage space onboard and for additional storage there is a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 128GB. The slate has a 2-MegaPixel front facing camera and the same amount of Megapixels for the main camera on the back.
Connectivity options on the Chuwi Hi10 includes – Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, HDMI port, two full sized USB ports and a microUSB port. A 8000mAh battery is in-charge of proceedings to provide juuice to lasst some hours of usage on a single charge.
The listing also shows the slate with a keyboard dock, it is however unclear if the accessory will bundled with the tablet or it is optional. The Chuwi Hi10 is available for pre-order on major selling outlet – AliExpress for a price tag equivalent to $250 but shiping starts on October 10.
