The market for rugged smartphones is not as saturated as that of normal fancy smartphones and even once in a while we see major manufacturers delving into making rugged variants of their devices. The Conquest S6 is one of those rugged smartphone from China – it is also indestructible and very powerful (not interms of specs though).
The Conquest S6 withstands adverse weather conditions likle high temperature, pressure, freezing as well as water and dust resistant. The body of the smartphone absorbs impact and the side of the smartphone’s screen is tightened by two titanium screws. All these extra protection add to the phone’s thickness which is estimated around 15.75mm and it weighs around 290grams (that’s the size of some tablets).
Onto the specs – it dons a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display, powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6732 processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB space of internal storage. Other specs of the Conquest S6 includes – a rear facing 13MP camera, a front 5MP camera, Android 4.4.4 Kitkat OS, Dual SIM functionality and it is backed by a 4000mAh battery.
Like most of its Chinese counterparts this device would be available exclusive to China and it expected to cost around $325 (1999 Yuan).
