Coolpad Indonesia has announced a lite version of the Coolpad Max (India) or the Coolpad Fenshang Max (China). Dubbed the Coolpad Max Lite, the similar phablet sized device comes with reduced specs as expected but keeps the fingerprint sensor and Dual Space feature. It will be available starting June 10th on BliBli.com for a price tag of IDR 2,999,000 (US$ 220).
Sporting a metal unibody design, the Coolpad Max Lite comes with a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS LCD display and is powered by a 64-bit Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 (MSM8929) processor clocked at 1.4GHz with 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with the company’s Cool UI 8.0 on top.
Camera feature is same as the Max, a 13MP + 5MP combo on the rear and front; the fingerprint sensor sits below the main camera on the back. The Max Lite has Dual SIM slots, supports 4G LTE connectivity and is backed by a 2500mAh battery. It also supports the Dual Space feature which allows users separate work life and personal life.
The Coolpad Max is also launching in the Indonesia market; it is priced at IDR 4,999,000 (US$ 366). It packs 4GB of RAM, 64-bit Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor, 64GB built-in storage space and 2800mAh Battery.
