Coolpad Note 3 Lite debuts with 3GB RAM and Fingerprint Sensor

Coolpad has announced the Coolpad Note 3 Lite – a Lite variant of the company’s Note 3 (or Dazen Note 3) in India. It will be available exclusively from Amazon India for a price tag of Rs 6999 (USD 104) starting January 28th. It will be sold in a series of flash sales and registrations has started for it.

Moving to the specs, the Coolpad Note 3 Lite sports a 5-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) screen resolution and anti scratch glass. It relies on a 64-bit Mediatek MT6735 processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali T720 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage space.‎

In the camera segment, the device has a front facing 5MP camera for selfies and a rear facing 13MP camera with LED flash; the fingerprint sensor is below the main camera on the back. The device supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks as well as Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB OTG options.‎

The Coolpad Note 3 Lite measures 140.8 x 70.4 x 8.9mm in dimensions, weighs 152 grams and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with Cool UI 6.0 ontop. The whole shebang is backed by a 2500mAh which should provide up to 8 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time. ‎
