Along with the jointly produced Cool Changer 1C, the Coolpad Note 3S and Coolpad Mega 3 are the newest budget smartphones from the brand. Both devices were announced at an event in New Delhi India and the company has teamed up with Reliance to Jio SIM cards available with every purchase.
Priced at Rs. 9999 (US$ 146), the Coolpad Note 3S has a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display with 2.5D glass, 3GB RAM, 32GB built-in storage and backed by a 2500mAh battery. It relies on the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 processor and boots Android 6.0 with Cool UI 8.0.

Photography is handled by a rear facing 13MP camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash, alongside a front facing 5MP camera with f/2.2 aperture. The Coolpad Note 3S also has Dual SIM slots, a fingerprint sensor and 4G VoLTE support.
On its part, the Coolpad Mega 3 features a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display with 2.5D glass, 16GB built-in storage space and Triple SIM slots. It relies on a Quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor along with 2GB RAM and boots Android Marshmallow OS with CoolUI 8.0.

It also packs a microSD card slot (up to 64GB cards), 8MP front and rear cameras with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash, supports 4G VoLTE and backed by a 3050mAh battery. The Mega 3 is exclusive to Amazon for a price tag of Rs. 6,999 (US$ 102) and comes in Gold, Grey and White colors.
