Coolpad has launched a new 4G smartphone in the Vietnamese market; the device in question is the Coolpad Shine. The metal clad phablet running Android Lollipop OS and is available for a price tag of 5.49 Million Vietnamese Dong (about $246).
Going to the specs, the Coolpad Shine features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a pixel density of 267ppi. Under the hood, it is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 processor with Adreno 405 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage space.
For photography, there is a 13MP camera with LED flash and a front facing 5MP camera for selfies; for enhanced security, the fingerprint sensor is located just below the main camera. Connectivity options on the Shine includes – 4G LTE/3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth V4.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi Hotspot, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB 2.0.
Measuring 153 x 77.2 x 8.6 mm in dimensions, the Coolpad Shine has Dual SIM slots, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with the company’s Cool UI interface ontop and is backed by 2500mAh Li-ion battery. The device is available in Gold colour option only.
