Just in time for the holidays, Cricket Wireless has added two new budget smartphones to its entry-level device portfolio with the ZTE Overture 3 and Alcatel QUICKFLIP. The duo are available for $49.99 and $29.99 respectively beginning November 10 for existing and new customers.
The ZTE Overture 3 packs a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA display with scratch-resistant glass, front 2MP selfie camera, rear 5MP camera with flash, 1.1GHz quad-core processor, 16GB built-in storage and 2,115mAh battery. It runs Android Nougat OS and supports 4G LTE networks, dual directional panorama, split-screen multi-tasking, HD voice and FM Radio.
Moving to the Alcatel QUICKFLIP which is targeted at first-time mobile phone users and budget-conscious users. It has a 2.8-inch display with easy-to-use interface along with an external color display for Caller IDs and notifications. The keypad is also designed for quick dialing and navigation.
The rest of the QUICKFLIP specs and features include 4G LTE network and Wi-Fi connection support, dedicated side camera key, FM Radio and HD Voice capability. A 1,350mAh battery provides the much needed power.
