Back in September, Cube announced the Cube i10 Remix, the slate is based on the Cube i10 tablet but rather than running either Android OS or Dual Boot OS (Android and Windows OS), it runs Jide’s Remix OS which is based on Android.
The Cube i10 Remix has the same same specs as the Cube i10 with the exception of the OS it runs. The Remix OS is a custom version of Android which brings desktop experience to tablets. The OS supports Google Play Store, comes with a taskbar and apps run in either Windowed and full screen mode.
Moving to the specs, it sports a 10.6-inch (1366 x 768 pixels) IPS display, powered by an Intel Atom Z3735F quad-core 64-bit processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB native storage space. The tablet has a front facing VGA (0.3 MP) camera and a rear facing 2MP camera.
Connectivity options on the Cube i10 Remix includes – USB OTG, mini HDMI port, microSD card slot, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. It measures 281.2 x 176 x 9.85mm in dimensions, weighs 580grams and a 6600mAh battery keeps the lights on.
The Cube i10 Remix will sell for a price tag equivalent to around $110 in China but expect the price to go up to around $150 including shipping from third party sellers.
