Chinese device maker, Doogee has announced its first wearable – the Doogee Keeper. It is expected to launch in August but the price has not yet been announced.
The Doogee Keeper comes with a SIM Card slot (Micro SIM) the wearable makes voice calls, ability to receive phone calls and supports 2G and 3G networks.
It also syncs contacts, app notifications, text message & more to a smartphone (Android and iOS) via Bluetooth and is backed by a 600mAh battery which would provide around 5 to 7 straight days of battery life.
It comes with a steel Alloy or aluminium casing with steel buckle and silicone strap band. It is equipped with 512MB of RAM and 4GB space of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.
On the side, there is an embedded 5-megapixels camera, microphone, speaker and a touchscreen display with unknown resolution. It also comes with Motion Sensor which lets you wake up the screen by lifting your hand.
Like most wearables, the Doogee Keeper is IP68 certified for water and dust resistant, comes with heart rate monitor for checking heart related informations, pedometer for movement, altimeter for height, barometer for and GPS navigator.
