Chinese brand, Doogee has a new 5-inch smartphone on the way, that device is the Doogee DG7000 Pro. There is no real leaked image of the device, we seen some of the expected specs from the device.
According to the Marketing manager of the company, the Doogee DG7000 Pro is expected to feature a Dual 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display and is expected to be powered by a 64-bit true octa-core MediaTek MT6795 processor with Power VG6200 GPU.
There would be two variants of the device, one with 3G of RAM and another with 4GB of RAM. 16GB space of internal storage would be available for files and there would be a microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 32GB). On the rear there would be a 13MP rear camera with Sony IMX230 Sensor and a front 8MP OmniVision camera would be onboard too for selfies and the likes.
The concept of Dual Display is no new, as the original YotaPhone and the Yotaphone 2 both have the same concept. However, unlike the Yotaphone with a rear e-ink display, the rear 5-inch display on the DG7000 Pro is a FHD one.
To power the Dual display setup, Doogee has provided a 6000mAh battery capacity to power the device; the same capacity that comes with the Doogee S6000. Connectivity options on the Doogee DG7000 Pro includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Dual SIM slots and Bluetooth. Doogee is expected to announce the smartphone around September for a price tag tipped to be around $236.
