Doogee has revealed the Doogee F2015 will go official as the Doogee F5 come the launch month. Details about the F2015 or F5 was released towards the end of June this year. There is no word on pricing yet but it will be available September in Grey and Silver colour options.
The Doogee F5 features a 5.5-inch 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 Display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (FHD), a pixel density of 400ppi, 1mm razor thin bezels around both sides of the screen and screen-to-body-ratio of 79%. It has a fingerprint sensor just below the rear camera, has Dual Microphone and Pedometer pre-installed.
Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor clocked at 1.5GHz with Mali-T760 GPU and supports World LTE Mode. The chipset is paired with 3GB of RAM, 16GB space of internal storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.
On the rear, the Doogee F5 sports a 13MP camera made by either Samsung or Sony coupled with Dual LED flash. The front camera is a 8MP camera with OmniVision sensor for Selfies. Asides LTE connectivity, the standard Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS options would be found onboard too.
The Doogee F5 is expected to run Android 5.x Lollipop OS and would be backed by a 3000mAh battery. With Doogee’s history of pricing, you won’t have to pay over the top for this device.
