Elephone launched the Business M Series of smartphones last month starting with the Elephone M1. The company already has the successor the Elephone M2 ready which will follow the recently attention grabbing Elephone Q with 2.54-inch screen.
Details of the Elephone M2 Specs has surfaced including the images; the device has the same design as the M1 with an Aluminium metal body build, somewhat slim body and a fingerprint sensor incorporated into the home button.
It sports a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (FHD), powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6753 64-bit processor clocked at 1.5GHz with Mali-T720 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage. There is a micro SD Card slot for storage expansion.
On the back lies a 13MP AF Camera with Sony IMX214 Sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a front facing 5MP f/2.2 camera for selfies. The M2 is expected to have Dual SIM slots, support 4G LTE connectivity, measures 7.35mm in thickness and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box.
The Elephone M2 is backed by a 2500mAh battery and it will be available in Black and Gold colour options to choose from. There is no word on pricing and availability but that could change when the company officially launches it.
