Elephone has officially announced the Elephone Vowney, the phablet-sized flagship had long surfaced in the news. The device comes with an impressive OS option – either Windows 10 Mobile or Android Lollipop OS (but not both).
Talking about the specs, the Elephone Vowney sports a full premium looking metal body build, 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) QHD IPS LCD display (535ppi) with 3GB of RAM, 64GB space of internal storage and a microSD card slot for adding extra storage.
On the back lies a rear facing a 20.7MP main camera, the front facing camera is a 8MP snapper for selfies and below the main camera on the back lies the fingerprint sensor. The Dual SIM enabled device supports 4G LTE connectivity and is backed by a 4200mAh battery.
Interestingly, Elephone is offering the Elephone Vowney in two OS and processor models; the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS running version is powered by a 64-bit Mediatek Helio X10 (MT6795) processor and the Windows 10 Mobile OS version is powered by an quad-core Intel Atom processor.
Elephone is offering the Vowney in three colour options – Black, Gray and White colours. Pricing for the device starts at $299 and shipping starts by September 29th.
