Entry Level Infocus M370 launched with quad-core SoC and Android 5.1

InFocus has officially announced the InFocus M370 – an interesting entry-level smartphone with LTE connectivity and reasonable design outlook in Taiwan. There is no definite word on pricing but the device has reportedly gone on sale in the home country and expected in other markets (including India) soon. 

The Infocus M370 features a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD), powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor clocked at 1.1GHz with Adreno 304 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 8GB space of internal storage and for additional storage space, there is a microSD card slot for expansion up to 64GB. 

On the back, there is a 8 megapixels CMOS camera with LED flash and a front facing 2 megapixels CMOS camera for selfies as well as video chats. Connectivity options on the M370 includes micro USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and 4G LTE (LTE Cat.4). 

Running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS with InLife UI 2.0 from the onset, the Infocus M370 supports Dual SIM slots (Micro + Nano) with Dual Standby and one of the SIM slot, preferably the second acting as the microSD card slot. The device is backed by a 2250mAh battery which is expected to keep the lights on for some hours.
