Entry-level Lenovo A6600 Specs confirmed via TENAA

Lenovo has an upcoming entry-level smartphone coming up – the Lenovo A6600. The A6600 from Lenovo had some of its details ousted by leaksters earlier this year alongside the Lenovo A3900 and the Lenovo A6800

While the Lenovo A3900 has gone official; there is now word yet on the Lenovo A6800; the Lenovo A6600 has been certified on TENAA revealing some of its specs. The device is a pretty entry level device so you shouldn’t expect too much but it brings LTE connectivity support and comes with a Gold colour option (who doesn’t like some bling). 

The Lenovo A6600 Specs includes – a 5-inch (1280 X 720 pixels) HD IPS display, powered by a 64-bit Quad-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.5GHz paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot onboard for storage expansion (up to 32GB).

On the rear there is a 8MP camera with LED flash and a front 5MP camera for selfies and video chats. Connectivity options on the device includes – Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Micro-USB, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS with A-GPS, 3G and 4G LTE. Sensor options includes – Accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity and compass. 

The Lenovo A6600 measures 142.8 x 70.9 x 7.5mm, weighs 142.6 grams, there is a speaker on its rear and it runs on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat OS with Lenovo Vibe UI ontop (upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop OS). It is expected to be priced around $110 and would be available in White, Silver and Gold colour options.
