Towards the ending of last year, Oppo Thailand announced the Oppo Mirror 5 Lite A33W (which is basically a less powerful version of the Oppo Neo 7). It is currently available in Thai market for a price tag of THB 5990 (USD 170) in Ivory White and Black colour options.
The Oppo Mirror 5 Lite is basically an entry-level smartphone with 5-inch TFT display with 960 x 540 pixels (qHD) resolution and supports 2G, 3G networks only (no 4G LTE). It relies on a quad-core Mediatek MT6582 processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali-400 MP2 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 16GB built-in expandable storage space.
In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 8-megapixel AutoFocus camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash and a front facing 5-megapixel f/2.4 camera for selfies and video chats. Connectivity options on the device includes Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro USB, USB OTG and GPS/AGPS.
The Oppo Mirror 5 Lite is equipped with Dual SIM slots (Micro + Nano), a microSD card slot for storage expansion and runs Android 5.1 .1 Lollipop OS with the company’s Color OS 2.1 ontop. It measures 142.7 x 71.7 x 7.55 mm in dimensions, weighs 142 grams in total and is backed by a non-removable 2420mAh Li-po battery.
