Facebook has announced a new feature called ‘On This Day’. Basically it let users access their dated post and photos in which they have shared or have been tagged.
The Facebook On This Day feature shows contents from dates in the past. Contents like status updates, photos, posts from friends and other contents you have been tagged from previous years. It makes it easier to access older photos and older memories shared by you or your friends on the social network platform.
To access this new feature, click on the ‘On This Day’ bookmark on the news feed; Search for ‘On This Day’ on Facebook or by clicking on facebook.com/onthisday directly. Once you can access the page, only you can see the contents on the page unless you decide to share it with your friends.
The On This Day feature from Facebook would be available on Mobile and Web; its rollout is expected globally.
