Spice has announced the Fire One Mi-FX1 successor; the Spice Fire One Mi-FX2 as it is known is now available on Saholic in India for INR 2799 ($44). The available colour options are Midnight Black, Ash Silver and Tandy Orange colours.
The Spice Fire One Mi-FX2 Firefox OS smartphone sports 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) HVGA capacitive display and is powered by an unnamed processor clocked at 1.0GHz paired with 256MB of RAM and 512MB space of internal storage. For additional storage, there is a microSD card slot on-board for storage expansion (up to 32GB).
On the rear, there is a 2-megapixels camera with dual LED flash and a front facing 1.3-megapixels camera for selfies and video chats. Connectivity options on the device includes – aGPS, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, micro USB and 3G.
It measures 115.6 x 62 x 11.2 mm in dimensions, supports Dual SIM functionality, FM Radio, and runs on Firefox OS 1.4 out-of-the-box. The device is backed by a 1100mAh battery which should provide up to 6 hours 30 minutes of talk time and 4 days of standby time on 2G networks.
