Fitbit has announced their Windows 10 app, the new health and fitness focused app is designed to take advantage of the new OS interface and features to work across all Windows devices – PC, Tablets and mobile phones.
The all-new Fitbit app aims to ‘delivers a more engaging and fluid app design that lets you personalize the way you interact with key pieces of your health and fitness journey across all of your Windows devices’. Fitbit for Windows 10 integrates Cortana and as such guarantees speaking commands to these devices.
Some of the other features includes – an integrated Notification center which now contains all important messages and notifications; syncing across all Windows 10 devices over bluetooth; Quick actions; updated live tile; Universal design and support for Continuum.
With Fitbit, users are able to track steps, food, exercises, weight and more; helping users stay motivated and live better. The Fitbit for Windows 10 app can be downloaded for free on Windows Store.
The app is compatible with all products from the company which includes – the Fitbit Charge, Charge HR, Flex, Surge, One and Zip. The app is also compatible with the Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale.
Also, The Fitbit for Windows 10 app would be available for Windows 10 Mobile and XBox One later this year.
