Fitbit Aria 2 Wi-Fi Smart Scale
Fitbit also announced a sequel to its almost 5-year old Aria Wi-Fi smart scale. The Fitbit Aria 2 recognises multiple users (up to 8) while keeping individual results seperate and offers more accurate readings when compared to its predecessor. It is also easier to setup over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and all user data can accessed via the Fitbit app on the smartphone.
Dubbed the ‘most accurate Wi-Fi smart scale’ around, the Aria 2 tracks Body Mass Index (BMI), body fat percentage, lean mass and weight. It pairws with will go on sale for $129.95 when it goes on sale later this October.

Fitbit Premium Guidance and Coaching Offering
The last on the list is Fitbit’s new premium guidance and paid coaching service: the Fitbit Coach, Audio Coaching sessions and Guided Health Programs, which all offer dynamic, personalized and goal-based curriculum to drive positive health outcomes.

The new coaching services will launch in Fall with the Fitbit Coach app (Android, iOS, and Windows) with a starting price tag of $7.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Audio Coaching will be available on the Fitbit Iconic in 2018 while the ‘Guided Health Programs’ will be available in the “Coach” section of the Fitbit app this winter.
