Gigabyte has launched the successor of the popular GSmart Mika M2 in Athens, Greece. The Gigabyte GSmart Mika M3 as the device is called was showed off alongside other available Gigabyte Android smarphones – Roma R2 Plus Edition, GSmart Arty A3, GSmart Mika M2, Gsmart Saga S3 and the Gmart T4.
Compared to its predecessor – the GSmart Mika M2, the GSmart Mika M3 has a better front facing camera but the battery capacity has been reduced.
The Gigabyte GSmart Mika M3 features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD LCD IPS Display, powered by a 1.3GHZ dual-core CPU (unknown chipset), 8GB of internal storage and storage is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. There is a 13MP camera on the rear with LED flash and a front facing 8MP camera.
Connectivity wise the device has Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, micros USB 2.0, Dual-SIM functionality, GPS and 3G. The Gigabyte GSmart Mika M3 measures 144 × 70.5 × 8.3 mm, weighs 146 grams, runs on Android 4.4.2Kitkat OS and packs a 1900mAh battery.

The company also included that the Gigabyte GSmart Mika M3 would be available before the end of the year. The device would be available at least in Greece but no word on pricing yet.
